What was the deal with Vids 2 and 4 they were removed.

I'm trying to convert files as we speak and get the missing ones up... they were too large...

Can anyone convert MOV(Quicktime) files? I have an 18.5 MB file that needs dropped to 10 meg and I can't do anything with MOV's
