Im not sure how many of us are on Long Island???

There are about a million parks on long island with giant parking lots and BBQ pits too.

If anyone is interested in a get together (RX-7s only !!!!) please let me know i would be glad to do some leg work and find the best place and we can all bring our own food and stuff.

I'm up for a meet anytime this summer! I've gone to the "8" meets before, a few 7's showed up. It's all good when it's a rotary.

We can coordinate with some of the RX-8 guys for meets during the summer. I would like to do one at the beach near me (lot is usually empty) + you can BBQ and they have a park. However I'm on the North Shore and not centrally located on the island. For just a meet Roosevelt Field mall is a good choice for mostly everyone.

 

There are a bunch of us out here in Queens too. I'm down to head up to L I too. Set a date so I can spread the word out here in Queens. It should be a good turnout.

I understand that there is an "8" meet on the 28th and i have said it twice already im more interested in some "7s" I drive an FB and i dont feel like hanging out with a bunch or "8s" no offense intended the 8 is a great car but like the 350Z it has lost something over the years.

^ Definitely! All we need is a date, location, and time, which doesn't conflict with E-Town's events. Jones Beach, or Hooters are great locations.

Ok here is the deal... I have 2 options on where to have this:

1) My Dealership in Great Neck Long Island. Nice parking lot and we can BBQ but the cops are pretty bad so if there is too much noise or any racing they will show up.

2) About 10 miles east of the "pencil" @ jones beach on OCEAN PARKWAY there is a really big parking lot on the water I think there used to be a resturant there or something. i dont know about BBQ but i do know that i rarely see cops on "OCEAN PARKWAY" its long flat and straight.

Those are the two options and this is an open invite for FB FC FD and 8s...

I am going to florida on Sunday for 8 days so i wont post til i return. I would hope to get 20-30 cars out for a little fun.

Just bring proof of ownership Actually it's quite common for people not to show up to a 7 meet in their 7, those are the cars we have
