Im not 100% sure on his location, but he just recently moved from Lynn, hes still greater Boston if im not mistaken.
I spent an hour on the phone with him last weekend getting familiar with his process and getting a rough idea on a total cost and time frame required for what i need this winter.
Id recommend calling, i emailed and never herd back. Called and got right a hold of him two separate times.
