Richmond VA state inspection help
I just purchased my RX7 from a guy in NC. I have to get it re-inspected here in VA, the problem is I dont have a cat on my exhaust. The previous owner ditched it and I know it shouldn't pass inspection because of it. Anyone know any places that are lienent on inspections? Near Richmond/Glen Allen area.

I've gotten cars past with the housing of a cat welded around a test pipe.
