Red FC on i97 in MD?

Red FC on i97 in MD?
I've been seeing a red FC, looks like T2, around Millersville, MD recently.
I've spotted it twice this week, on Benfield Blvd. Wednesday and this morning (thursday) it was headed south on i97 around 7am. I was headed north in my black FC and waved, don't know if they saw me.
So.. any chance the owner is in here? =)
Oh, I've also spotted a white T2 FC in Severna Park, MD and a black NA FC in Arnold, MD. Parked in front of houses.

I saw a red FC, not sure if it's a T2 at the shopping center off of Snowden near Broken Land. That shopping center has a Burger King and a Subway. I saw it a couple of days ago around lunchtime.
