In the D.C. area, where can I buy some good racing clothes, shoes, and a helmet.

I hate to order clothes online and find out the underoos chafe my junk and whatnot.

Any establishements you've had good experience with, return policies, letting you try stuff on, etc?

Any that're to avoid? Like the ones that allowed someone else to return underoos because they chafed his junk, but didn't allow you to return them because there were short'n'curlies all in 'em.
