I am staring out the window of my routine morning long island rail road ride sometime between woodside and the tunnel entrance. I don't know the area but I know 2 distinct buildings. A big 'Q' for Queens and the TSBA Controls building behind it. On the track areas are those electric boxes or whatever the hell they are. We were crawling by and I see someone spray painted, OBVIOUSLY, rotors on them. I think one was blue and the other was red. I am going to try and bring my camera tomorrow to hopefully take a picture. So "who didn't" do it.

 

I know at KDR in Tripoli there is a rotor drawn in the concrete outside the garage door

 

Theres a rotor friend of mind tags up as "jazer".... He could of probably did it

 

I use to tag up back in the late 90s but i never remember painting rotors maybe jazer aka ROTARYROCKET7 did it.
