NYRA MEET 1 @ Valley Stream State Park at 1:00PM on SUNDAY April 20th, 2008

This is a state park which can be accessed via the Southern State Parkway (East Bound) exit 15a. Im not too familiar with Southbound but im sure there will be signs. The admission to the park is set by NYstate and could be up to $8 per car (not per person).

-You can BBQ at the park (NO BEER)
-Bring outside food (of your choice)
-Benches Available
-Bathrooms Available
-Open fields for Frisbee, Baseball, Soccer etc

I dont know if I will be BBQ at this meet so come prepared with your own grills/food if you want to BBQ. If you just want to come and hang out your more than welcome.

Sorry to say Jay. It will be the first meet I have missed in 2 years. I will send out the inof to the CT people and see if any of them would like to go. It was alot of fun last year!

I might bring a grill if people decide to participate with a food list. I will be driving 2 hours to VS, dunno what i will be doing that morning, so if we settle whats going on, the probability of a BBQ is more likely.

Man, I don't think I'll be able to make this one. I can't wait till Bear Mountain again! My 42r setup will be ready by then. My birthday June 21st so everyone should bring me a beer...

 

i will try, i have a baby shower to go to,plus running into problems with my bitch(rx7)i may be late!

 

I'm going and I'm trying to get some other people to come with me. 3 other FDs and a couple of RX-8s.

 

If i go to this its without my car. Shes still giving me problems. So looks like she will be down for awhile.

I've added the "Disappearing coolant mod" to my car. It's really awesome, but now my car overheats all the time for some reason

Too scared to make a trip like that. Too bad it wasn't Bear Mountain this month

 

look for pin holes in the hoses or green on the hose ends by the clamps. that was my problem. i would lose coolant but never had any on drips on the floor.

 

I'm not going to make it to this meet. Next meet yea i will. Car is still not put together...

 

MY Car still has no brakes, so it will be a rotary meet without the rotarys lol, or bbq
