They're not **** at all. And you can just pay and get an inspection from lots of shops without even passing.

its a lot better in NYS, we dont have rolling smog checks

sorry for the odd posting, but I figured I would ask here since I'm located here in Queens/Manhattan, and I was looking at all the meets that are held on a weekly basis, I'm just curious whether bringing my car out would be a bad idea or not, especially I know that my car gets attention from the wrong people if you know what I mean

there is a weekly meet up on Thursday nights, come and check it out, one of the local shops is having a BBQ next month you may want to come to that as well

Approximately how many people attend these meets on a weekly basis? Do they do something special that night? or is it mainly just standing around discussing about cars, etc.?

NADA will try to have a dance competition or sell us Avon cosmetics, but other then that we just stand around and bullshit
