Have you guys seen these?
A white van with a ESP logo parked next to a few devices on tripods. I have seen two posted up on I-66 on ramps, Centerville & Fairfax.

Yep these have been around for awhile now in the communistwealth. Sucks people actually put an administration in office that supports this type of fascist bullshit.
Spend money on real DOT problems... like the F'ING traffic.
