I was crusin home from a meet in crofton and had about 3000 miles on the build and i was on option one on the PFC(i did not know it i must have accidently switched it when i was setting the pim volt) and i was drivng home and it let go(not even racing or beating on it). My PFS tune was on normal and option 1 had no tune so it jumped timing and detonated and IRP would not cover detonation in any fourm so i got owned out of like 5 or 6k(includes all new wiring harnesses and vaccum hoses) on a fresh build. It took me a couple months of working long hours, a loan, and selling my beloved 88 rx7, to get money to fix it.

Now i bought a brand *new*(not a reman) engine from malloy

, having PFS balance it, port it, and swap it in. Then going to get a intercooler setup and maybe a turbo kit from PFS while the engine is out. I was putting down 320rwhp last time at around 10psi(had the stock intercooler and stock twins) and it moved pretty good. I am looking for alot more this time and trying to do everything right. I just want to knock out all the engine work so this spring i can get rims and body work done.
