Northern VA single turbo and emissions

Hi, I live in northern VA and about to go single. I do plan on keeping high flow cats, but will lose the airpump. aside from getting failed by the astute inspectors that realize there is no airpump...

Is it possilbe for me to pass the sniffer with single, SMIC, apexi PFC, high-flow cats and stock primaries? Maybe by running a special "emissions friendly map?"

I'm sure there must be at least a few single turboed fds in Norther. VA.

Thanks for your help.
Dave

Green handshake is the only way it'll pass if registered here.

Yeah, i got stuck and realized my car needed emission ASAP and i don't know anybody who i could "slide the green" too. The car went to Mazda and the aftermarket pulley's came off. Upset, but i didn't want that particular brand anyway. (Previous owner mod)
