p.s., I don't rock any of the roads in Great Falls any more. Too many people. I used to hit Bellvue road (check it out) between Towlston and GTP, but they've built too many gazzilion dollar homes off of it now... loaded with bikers, show-dog walkers, and kids. The corners also came up alot slower in my Scirroccos and 2nd Gen :-)

 

Hey Dave, it's not as fast as before, I just had Ray tune it for Cam2 because its ALOT cheaper than C16 for the street and I can get it just down the street. It made like 495 whp, so its about 70 whp less. But if I do make it, we can go romp on it

I'm going to try and make it this Sunday. I can either bring my busted-*** FD or the VR4 which ain't no looker either. Which would embarass you all less ;P

 

Jason, IMO, the meet was based on you being there, so if only Saturday will work, that's when I think we should have the meet. Do you know for sure if Sunday is a no-go? Cuz I'm sure ppl wanna plan out their weekend soon...

Cam2? New to me. Are you getting thos out of a pump or did you buy a drum and if you did get a drum whats it cost you? C116 is about $500 last I checked.

CAM2 is a name sunoco uses for its 110 leaded race gas...I get it from a local gas station here. Its 4.99 a gallon out of the pump. Basically you can get a 54 gal. drum for like 290 bucks.
I will pm you what it costs me for C16

 

Ok. They have 110 down at Budds Creek. $290- a drum is pretty cheap. I don't know what is better doing that or just getting a alchy injection kit. How much boost are you running on the street now? I have to figiure something out. I was not thrilled about the prospect of running pump gas again with my new motor.

 

Its running 21 lbs boost on high setting....17-18 on low setting on the cam2, and a very safe tune, yup screw pump gas, I know what you are talking about...warped apex seals

 

So when is this thing? Sat or Sun? I'd love to come out and see some 7s! I normally make it out to the MSCW meets but those don't bring 7s out like they did a few years ago. I'd love to meet a few of you guys too.
