Time to schedule the RX-7Club CiCi's meet for this Spring. The second year in a row!

I'll run this poll until Wed. the 16th, and then we'll have our date picked. After that we can start an attendance list.
The location can be found here: Google Maps, CiCi's Woodbridge, VA

The meet will be at Noon, whichever Saturday we decide on. We can meet at my place or CiCi's. It's your choice, I'm about 5 minutes away. Most of you will know from last year.

This is a good opportunity to hang out and eat as much as you can! Hopefully the weather will be nice as well.

Let's try to keep this to RX-7 owners and close friends. I don't want this to blow up and have a bunch of random hooligans showing up ruining our meet. With that being said, please don't cross-post on VADriven or any Non Rotary related forums.

Let also use this time to parts swap, or Harbor Freight is conveniently close if you other married guys need an excuse to get out of the house.
Also when we're done eating, BYOB and we can hang out in my backyard and have a fire if the weather is nice. There's plenty of street parking.

I hope all of you can come and I hope some other farther away guys come out of the woodwork. I've always enjoyed the closeness of the Local 7 owners and it would be great to expand on that.

With all that being said, the last thing is VOTE!

This weather is making me anxious for the season to get started....

 

I vote for either the 2nd or 16th as those are the Saturdays I have off. I will still be able to make the meet if it is scheduled on the 9th. I will just have to switch around work schedule. Having drinks and a fire pit afterwards is a good idea but don't bring out the Golden Grain this time lol.

 

Currently the 2nd or the 9th are good for me. There is a rallycross school on the 16th.

My car is currently in one piece I drove it to work today... Hopefully my diff doesn't explode before april.

 

9th is only weekend I have off

 

I'll try to come hang out either date. I doubt my car will be ready so will be there to see some of you guys again and hang out a bit.

 

What are your work hours if it's not on the 9th?

 

I work 5am till roughly... 7pm.

 

14 hrs of work is too much...good thing I work for the government.

 

well lol im off 15 days a month.... i work 3 off 2 work 2 off 3... every other weekend a 3 day weekend

2nd and 16th work for me. Lemons race at NJMP on the 9th. Voted for 16th but really either of those dates are fine for me.

This is motivation to get my car running.
Also any of those days works for me just fine, but the later the more time I have to get my car all sorted out.

 

Get it fixed! For as nice as your car is, I hope you feel terrible if yu have to leave it at home!


My Turbo is NOT going to be running for sure. I just spent all the money I had save up to work on it one new suspension for the GTUs.
It's been sitting for 6 months so far, it can sit for another 6 or a year I guess.
Someday.... It was be back better than ever.

Either way the GTUs is kicking *** back in action. Hopefully I'll have the new brakes on by the meet!

I picked up John V's setup. I was going to buy new struts from Ground-Control, but he posted his setup for sale about the same time and it was more cost effective to buy his newer low mileage stuff.

I'll be doing the brakes and installing an adjustable rear subframe link soon. I hope I can beat the corolla soon .

I need to sell that Turbo Car and do what I want to the GTUs. It's killing me.
