so im buyin a bike tomorrow... or was until i learn from the owner that hes having a hard time finding the title... now i kno the owner and hes a good guy so i dont suspect anything out of line... but whats the procedure for gettin a title reissued? any help is appreciated.

 

the owner will have to go to DMV with all his info (6 pts) & get a new one. Then he can sign it over to you. Did he have it financed by any chance ? If he did the bank might still have the title. Usually they hold it until its paid.

The Wrecked 7 got some donor parts form a shell I had, got a full 10pt chrommoly cage w/ all the NHRA goodies, going to paint in 3 weeks, then back for re-assembly. Going to make it just a bracket racer, ill never have the flow to really compete with the big boys. Going to run the old set up till I get the car all dialed in. no interior, racing wiring harness and switch panel, aluminum dash  With 465 @ the wheels, and a couple hundred pounds lighter she should be a fun ride.

I have a 04 GSXR 750, full TI-force, power commander, 1 down in the front. It’s a blast, plus the 750 has the power to move my fat *** lol
