Well the people spoke & they have decided, the Nj meet will be held at the Funplex. This is a good decision because at Hot 22/Highway Bowling the parking lot is small, & on top of that, if you go & park your in the back of the club its pitch black back there & I know no one wants to leave their car in the back of anything. P.S. Please dont make this another Hooters meet where only 10 Rx7's show up & we get outnumbered by other cars at our own meet.

There were 12 7's, 10 Supras(1 of them had a 1000hp motor), 16 Evo's, 4 Sti's, a Civic, a Diablo, & a Viper.

we should do a poll not on the meet itself but the date WHEN we should have the meet..

 

It wouldn't matter when I held the meet. I can start a thread today for a meet on Nov. 18 & everybody here would still have a reason not to show up. Too short of a notice?? How come I can post about the meet on the Srt & Wrx forums & I have more than 10 people each posting me & p.m'ing me about they'll show up for the meet & I can't get 2 Rx7er's to come to our own meet. You guys are full of ****. Theres tons of Rx7 owners in Nj not doing **** on Saturdays & how come noone wants to show up.

Go to these forums & check for yourself. The Srt owners are already thinking about rotory jokes to make.

why are you getting mad at me? im just telling you the facts, look at the previous threads on meets and previous meets..they speak for themselves..i would love to go to meets but i for one have many jobs, some of which i cant turn down, some of which i can put off..im sure other people have jobs too, we do own one of the most pain in the *** cars ever invented you know..

and so what if the wrx clan will make it short notice, i bet 99% of them are teenagers. what does that say? their mommy bought them their car thus these kids not having anything to do but to hang out with thier cars, i doubt most of them have jobs too..i dont want to assume but i see it all the time so thats what i have to say..

and who cares what jokes they are making..that shouldnt be a reason why there should be a big rx7 crowd, i doubt anyone will want to have a verbal argument all night about rotary's not sucking..

idk, ill love to go to meets but the date you put i cant so def count me out..

I wasn't mad.......actually, now that I reread my post I do sound a little mad. Sorry, but I just wanted to point out a little observation I've made.

i'll be at any sun meet, but work every sat till 6pm

 

its all good, i understand how you feel..all we want is to get a great gathering for the love we all have..and you're right, sometimes people get tired or lazy and decide not to go last minute or whatever and it sucks..

Yea its still going on. I don't know where Suffern,Ny is, but you can mapquest the address & see how far its gonna be from where you are going to be at.

Expect a little bit of everything, but more Srt4's & Sti's than anything. But you know what they say the more 7's the better.
