Mike, you need louvers(sp?) for your hatch on your 1st gen? I guy at work gave me it but I can't use it.

Oh, come on. Only 3 of us?? Who needs help getting their car ready??
Want to come and replace my drivers rear wheel bearing and replace my drivers front outer bearing and race? I don't have time to do it. O well, my wheel wont fall of.

Nah, I never liked the look of louvers. How bad are the bearings?

Ok i have been using google maps to find a route that isn't much longer then the shortest route that could allow us to meet other caravans in the area. I will share it soon. The shortest time it gave was 5hr 17mins, I have it at 5hr 20mins so not bad so far.

Here is what I have for directions so far. In the 290 section we can make a short break, but can't take too long if we want to meet in New Haven by 8am since it is 2:51 from the mall. Hopefully things go well and we make good time.

The 8 club caravan is meeting up at 730 off of exit 46 on 95 south in new haven on sargent drive. bang a left off the exit... there is a gas station there right on the corner of church st ext. Its the first gas station u will see on the right hand side.. personally i'd like to meet up at the beach on the other side of the highway but its more convenient with the gas station there

I will have revised maps in the morning with all the destinations. Stay tuned.

How bad are the bearings?
Not bad. My front drivers, I couldn't get the race all the way in so the bearing doesn't seat correctly. There is not to much play. I just need to ge the race out, clean up the hub and put the race back in with new bearings.

I will only need to fuel up at the start of the trip. I should be able to make it down there on one tank.

Possible change of plan for me. I may have to head down to NJ today to make a business stop. I'm firming that up now. If I can't meet up with you guys in Manchester tomorrow AM, I'll let you all know. I'm trying to blow this thing off until monday cuz I'd rather do the caravan.

Ill be there.

Im bringing a tool box with every tool anyone may need plus extra bolts/nuts/studs and wire connectors. Unfortunatly, I don't have my cell phone working, so I can't be on call if someone brakes down and gets left behind.

I think we should try to have someone at the end of the line to make sure no one gets left behind if something goes wrong. I suppose I could do that.
