Need someone to help fix/diagnose coolant problems in my s4 na rx7 in warwick,RI

Something is not right , the coolant level seems to go down after the car has cooled down and the top radiator hose will lookcollapsed/deflated (since coolant level went down).

The coolant temps have risen up to 210-211 F on my autometer gauge (temps taken from filler neck), yet the stock gauge is only reading less than an 1/8 up. Tstat is new and is rated at 180. The temps seem like they just creeping up more and more , especially if i am getting on the gas alot. Something just doesnt seem right.

the car has been driven before on the highway to test it out (this was before i got the autometer gauge) and was up to 1/2 way on the stock temp guage, this leads me to believe it was overheating that hole time but i still dont know.

To try fixing it ive rerouted the hoses to the heater and bypassed the heater hoping the heater hoses having flow now would lower the temp ( there was no flow before nor did heater turn on)

I also still see some smoke puffing out of the tips when it is fully warmed up (180-200 f), and before its fully warmed up it smokes also (just not as much when fully warm)

ive tried bleeding and filling the system numerous times but it hasnt seemed to change anything

oh and so u know the engine is rebuilt by rotary resurrection has 300 miles or less (speedometer isnt working so not sure)waterpump is new, new dual alternator pulley, new hoses, no emissions, no coldstart, no thermowax,

anyone that lives near warwick that could come and help would be greatly appreciated,

edit - i have also done the bubbles test when the car was cold and nothing came out but maybe i did it wrong, i did it checking on the filler neck

ok, heres an easy way to put your mind at ease...if u have a gallon or some cooland handy, smell it(remember how it smells!). When your car is warmed up to normal operating temps, go to the back and smell the exhaust. If you smell coolant then your seals are done!
Another easy way to tell is if you shut off the engine and restart it, if it runs rough and low idle then again, your coolant seals are done.
What kind of warranty does Kevin offer? I hope its covered if its the seals!!! It would suck if you need to open it up again just after 300 miles...Good luck and hopefully its not that and its something simple like a pinhole leak somewhere!!!!
