Guys,

Does anyone here work at a shop that does Maryland Safety Inspections (like when you register a new car) near Annapolis? I'm looking for a place that won't screw up my car - it's a 2006, so I don't even know why a silly safety inspection is needed on a car with 5,700 miles!

Are you worried about it passing?

 

I'm sure it will pass... it's just a very low and small car (Lotus Exige) and I'd rather not have someone drive the front end into the lift or jack it by the wrong place... or whatever else can happen. The cars are pretty fragile (makes the FD look STURDY).

 

Example of what can happen... the story here is that the car was put on the lift and then the front tire was removed...throwing off the balance...

This is an Elise (very similar to an Exige).
