It's already been done. There is an "other engine" sub forum, and I'd suggest you post in there, most other subsections you'll just get flamed to death for even suggesting a non-rotary powered engine swap.

I am all for engine swaps but why a inline 6?I know the 2jz can make a ton of power but theres other engines that are cheaper and can be done easier.Your goals seem a bit exagerated or you must have deep pockets.Good luck if you actually do a swap and make 700hp but research alot more.By your post it makes it makes you sound like you have no knowlege about what you bought.A good place to start researching is the stickys in the FC section.

i really dont know anything about rotarys. i dont see a problem with making 700hp out of a inline 6 i just chose that route because it seems the simplest and a chance to make the power like i said for mazda i have no ideas when it comes to strenght and power

Then you'd probably have better luck with an LS1 swap since it's more establish, and "Simple".
