modded 7's and emmissions?
wow thats some will power not to drive more then 3k a year lol you own another car? with hagarty you have to prove you have a dd.... aswell as 30451489 other restrictions you have to apply for..
Yeah i have an 06 altima for my daily driver. Nothing special. Might upgrade to a G35 6spd after winter.
But yeah hagerty checks to see if you have an indoor garage. They even send a rep to verify this. They also check your mileage through your registration and if you crash the car during an illegal event (racing). They knock you off the policy and the result will be like you never had insurance to begin with. Basically no coverage.
And that = you're fucked

I've just kept getting extensions, turned in my plates (car wasn't running), got new plates, got more extensions lol. my current extension runs out in december, and then I'm going to wait till January (2009 yays) and get historic tags. no more emissions.
as long as you don't remove your primary cat, or you just replace your cat when you go, you should be fine if it's running ok. or you can just go a fail every 6 months or so (in MD there is no limit to the amount of times you can fail)
