This is in Southern MD.
From 495:
Take MD 4 South (exit 11) towards Upper Marboro/Andrews AFB
Continue on MD 4 until you reach Prince Frederick. You'll see a hospital on the left and some car dealerships.
Continue through the chain of stoplights and make a right at Calvert Village shopping center. It has movie listings on the sign. There's a Shell station on the right as well.
Follow the road past KFC and Goodyear towards a big gym, then make a left into the parking lot, and find some way to get to the theater. It's sort of behind the shopping center. You should be able to see it from near the gym.

If you're coming from south of Prince Frederick, you probably already know where this place is. If you don't, take MD 4 North; it's a left at the light for Dares Beach Road and it's pretty obvious from there.

I don't know how popular this is going to be, but showing up early is probably a good call.
