MAX-26 autocross!!!

Registration for the MAX-26 autocross on July23rd is open!! It's at Rosecroft Raceway, and really is a lot of fun... laid back atomosphere, instructors if you need it, and lots of runs!!!

check out www.mscw.com and look for the link on the front page... Who else is going?

A little bit closer on the website, sorry about that.... You either get 6 or 8 runs, and then they usually do fun-runs after.... Same classing system as SCCA... c'mon out, Rosecroft Raceway is right next to the WW bridge...

Yeah, and Rotorfest is also 250 miles one way from my house..... I've been thinking about it, but that's a LOT of driving in one day, whereas I can drive 45 minutes, do some autocrossing with a bunch of Mazda people, and go home!

Is this the last one of the year, or will there be another? I need to do two in one year, so I can activate Mazdacomp status.

6+ runs sounds awsome
I only did 4 at fedEx (my only autocross experience) and it was awesome
anyone whos not going up to rotorfest should come out, I only saw 1 other rx7 at the autocross mentioned above, and it didnt run in the morning session (which is when I ran)

are you running morning or afternoon?
also Im assuming there is the same rule about no ride alongs if you havnt finished your runs?
I didnt get to ride with anyone last time cause I was in heat 2 so I couldnt ride till heat 3, which I had to work and I afterwhich I went home
--though I guess if there are fun runs, they come after and by then I would have already finished my qualifying runs anyway

Ahh, didn't realize it was so far for you, sorry. My first Auto-X was at Giants stadium in Jersey, and everyone there got 8 runs!

Anyway, for those of you who haven't gone, GO!!

It's a blast. Especially if you meet up with some fellow rotorheads! Have a mini-competition amongst yourselves, lol. See who can get a better time.

Have fun.
