So...... Im thinking the weekend of Aug, 13 & 14, I would rather do saturday but if it rains we can do sunday.

The Info....
When: Saturday Aug. 13th (rain date Sunday the 14th)
Where: The old Micho's now called "Memphis on Main Street"
Address: 35 Main St Reisterstown, MD 21136
Time: 10-2
What: Would love to get as many rotary heads there as we can but all cars welcome...

The restaurant has pretty good food, lunch is under ten bucks They are friends of mine so i see what i can do for a lunch special for us car fans.
They have a great parking lot with some shade, plenty of room for 100 cars.

Please let me know if you can attend

Thanks!!!

Ft. Belvoir is a great base, I work really close to there (Kingstown). I'll assume you are in McRee? or are you allowed to live off base?

Chalk up one more Rotor-head in Va

I need to get a rotary back in my driveway.... there are three FCs here on base and it makes me sad inside I sold mine before I went to bootcamp
Enjoy the commute. LOL.

Why not move closer to the base?

McRee? no idea where they will have me living yet. I am hoping for offbase! lol

I might put in a request for that.

I have always been around MD/VA.... but I did let go of my FC before bootcamp. If anotherone falls in my lap for a good deal I will probably ****** it right up.

otherwise I am probably gonna get an old jeep.

Trinity - good to see you on this forum too. Im Up-Shift on the Mischief site.

Stay away from the Jeep. Just hold out until you can get the FC. Or save your duckets and buy my FD in a year or so.

I have a method to my madness with the Jeep. I am going to be medical personnel for a hospital... they always get called in no matter the weather. The SRT hardly makes it and an FC wont. lol

also cant wait a year to buy something... my first command is only two years. a jeep I could easily resell with hardly any $$ loss (then again that goes the same for a rotary lol)

there is a black FD for sale on base here.. I got excited until I saw its an automatic lol

That was actually a shameless plug for a house that I'm gonna be renting out in a month or so. It's in Woodbridge, only a few miles from Ft. Belvoir.

Yep... Bought a new one with a garage.
Old one is for rent.

Gotta put up a couple closet doors, put down new carpet in the master bedroom and staircase, and it'll be ready for tenants.

Hey guys, I heard something about an informal Mazda meet at the Aberdeen Lowes this Thursday the 25th. Anybody else hear that? The intention was to avoid the crowd of the usual Friday cruise at that Lowes.

I was out there with my CYM two friday's ago and met a couple of rotorheads who were discussing it.

I'm damn sure gonna try.
It's a one car, so that'll be hard.

There's a Lowe's in Aberdeen??? I work at APG, and know there's a Home Depot there, but have no clue where the Lowe's is. Anyway, please share the details - maybe I'll bring my FC to work that day and stick around for the meet.

Did it come with the bad transmission or the good one?

Also... You still have that old Volvo 240 wagon kicking around?
