Ah nice! I didn't know I use to looking at the black trim I'll have to paint it over once it gets warmer.

Yeah it's no fun having to put in new brake fluid in weekly But I have new front Calipers and brake lines to remedy the situation, but while I'm at it I figured might as well swap out the rotors and pads. I don't know when the last guy did any work so might as well have everything fresh. (Especially brakes).

Hey guys checking in. Nice to see a few more 7's are coming, either coming to hang out, help out, or install stuff .

I'd like to say with the recent additions we might be hitting ova 30 cars for this meet!

Also if you guys like I'm usualy always on the 8club, so if you have any questions that you wish to have answered quickly just hop ova there.

if something on my car doesn't break by then, then i'll be there. Do any of you guys know if there is a steep driveway, at the place of the meet?

Kids are fine, we wont be having any beer there since we shall be out in public and some of those who are coming are under 21, and I know with this many people/cars there will most likely be one police officer stopping by to see whats going on. Myself I'm gonna see about my gf bringing her kids to atleast check things out for a few, she's not into cars like I am obviously lol.

The driveway ramp from what I remember isnt that steep at all.

IDK If I'll find a manual rack by than, but I'll bring it along if I do. Do we know the hourly rates or whatever they will be charging? I'm hoping for a discount due to a ton of publicity, etc.!

If you wish I'd highly suggest you register on Rx8club and send a PM to Charles Ray Hill and ask him about how much he'd charge to do it for you. The Garage use is free there is no charge. Ray is a Certified Mechanic and used to work for Ford, since leaving he has opened up his own performance company called Paradox Performance/Black Halo Racing. He is offering up his service's to those who need 'em. To me something like your steering rack I'd like someone who knows what he/she is doing, and most likely has done it a few times, rather than someone who beleives they know it. Myself I'm having Ray do a engine cleaning and a compression test since I fear my Reni is part of the dead engine club. Again sign up and send him a PM, if all else I'll see if he can post on here so I'm not messing anything up being the middle man

Mazda bring 'em. We already have a few people doing swaps on brakes be it pads, rotors or lines.

Bumb....

20 more days to go till this happens..

I'll mention to Ray about checking for Vacum leaks. He is already going to be checking out my own 8 and someone else's. I also got a good friend of mine to offer up her service's so thats a additional person who knows what to do to help us all out. Again I'm a firm believer in the more people we have the quicker we get done
