I was recently told that the MA inspection process may eliminate emissions testing next year for cars made in '94 or earlier. Is anyone out there aware of this?

This would be great news for a lot of us. I just past the emissions test with my 91 TII which has a set of two year old catalytic converters and a cycling, high idle. I would really appreciate not having to go through this again.
