Looking for top class paint shop

I am stripping my car down to the base frame and having it re-painted. Looking for a shop that will do a full blown award show paint job. Not just a place chasing insurance money. Preferably one that also does under-body sealant and cavity wax.

If anyone had any ideas please let me know.
