Karting trip

I think it would be great for a bunch of us to get together and do some karting at the new jersey motorsports park. Would run about $80 per person, but would be totally worth it! I was able to get some good karting in while I was over in germany and welllllll worth the money! Whos up?

I dont think I can organize it this winter due to well it being close to the holiday season. But when spring time comes I think this would a great chance for many rx7 people meet up, and do something instead of stand around I however will not by in my 7

Do you think this avatar would turn that down?

This thread ends with me, putting Mike Wallace into the wall.

Also there is another karting track in New Castle, DE on route 13. This is a sweet place too. http://www.midatlanticgrandprix.com/site/ Just trying to throw out some options for we can make this happen with no excuses. The plus about this place is that they are open all year round because of it being in-doors. Where in Germany did you live Turbo23? I was stationed there for 6 years and did a little karting over there myself. Their karts are insanely fast!

I was over at rammstein for awhile. There was a kart place about 15-30 min from there.

Man I loved Kaiserslauton. I think I spelled it right. My son was born in Landstuhl Germany. I was stationed like 1 hour and a half from you.

If you can line this up for the day before or after a track event on Thunderbolt, I'd do it. Sort of a long drive for me if it's just to go karting, but together with a track event on one trip, it would be worth the drive. Those 9HP karts should be pretty fast. I've never driven a kart on asphalt, only concrete.
