hey, lets lay the facts out straight, no b.s. here...

i had a friendly shop pass me here in NJ, got a 2 year sticker. My car is going to be registered in P.A. in the next 2 weeks, which gives me 30 days to inspect there.

i need to be inspected in carbon county. apparently there are NO emissions laws in carbon county (thats a good thing) but i need to know what im facing. what passes, what doesnt, and if anyone knows a 'friendly' shop... (please PM me about that i dont want anyone getting in trouble)

So if there is no sniff test what are you worried about??? I would think that its a visual inspection then? If so then just make sure your brake lights, turn signals, headlights, seat belts work and no tints. Other than that i cant think of anything they might inspect...Seriously though, the hardest part is passing the sniff test!!!

lol passenger belts dont work, headlights are 2 different colors, brakes and lights work tho... oh yea, and tinted
