our car from MA-motorsports, didn't really stick around the show too long, we ended up winning "hottest engineered vehicle"
found that out when we came back at midnight to pick up the car.

Hahaha, they have hottest engineered car as a listing! That's awesome, lol.

Hey Steve,

This might be a long shot but...do you know where they got that dealer-like protective film shown in these pics (the blue stuff...so they won't get hit w/ rock chips and what not while driving on the way to the show):

And if you don't know offhand, but know any of those guys and could find out, I'd GREATLY appreciate it. I started a thread about this stuff not too long ago, but never got a definitive answer... (https://www.rx7club.com/interior-exterior-audio-26/can-you-buy-white-plastic-like-covering-new-cars-come-474002/)

Thanks!

its painter's tape. low adhesive backing so no residue left on the paint when you remove it. go to home depot or lowes (sp?). ask them about the JDM racing tape .. LoL

LOL! Jehan, you know it looks super cool, right?!

But seriously, you're telling me that's like 50 thin strands of tape? O M G that is some tedious work man. I can only imagine how long it took to tape up that entire front bumper. Screw that man lol. I was looking for something much larger I could apply (cover a larger area at once). That white stuff the new cars come w/ is PERFECT, but I have *no* idea where you'd get it from...

Thanks

Ramy that tape isn't thin really, you can get it in at least up to 3" wide.
I always use that tape when I wax my car so that it protects rubber and other places where I don't want the wax to get.
