I have American Collectors on my 85 FB. Its a agreed upon value of 8k guarenteed. I have some limitations on use, but for $110 a year, I cant go wrong since its just a hobbie car.

i have state farm and pay $225 every 6 months.
i tried to get hagerty or the other place that specialize in customized cars, but they wouldn't insure my car because i live in a condo building and my car is in a shared garage. sucks.

I pay about $200/year for the FD as a second car with Electric Insurance. This is only liability though, because the car sees most of its miles on the track and anything that happens to it there won't be covered anyway.

Hagerty for me. $180 for both my 79 RX-7,and my 74 REPU for the entire year. It is the deal of the century. I have $5,000 agreed upon value for both vehicles. It is a bit restrictive in how often, and how you use the vehicles, but the way I use the vehicles fits these requirments very easily. You are required to have a normal everyday use vehicle,so you are not using the "classic" for everyday use.
