Trying to get rid of some parts to make my mom happy for mothersday haha =).
I figured I would post local first.

SA22C front bumper-white $75.
S5 front and rear bumpers-goldish $90
FB seats-burgandy/black/old.-$20
S5 radiator $5.

I also have a ton of random little parts (mostly from engines) from FCs, so if you need something just PM me and I will sell cheap or free depending on what it is.

Sorry I have been around so little lately. Things have been tough for me lately, but will eventually be back to normal.

Ian, as far a programming, I think that generally it is less pressure overall than a job like networking (which the guys I see doing that seem to be stressed 24-7). Programming has its stressful times, but when I was was in my 20's I thrived on it. Today I am a little tired of it, but I also plan better and seem to have to do it less. I think that more people move from programming to some sort of management position than in other fields. Writing a program is still a creative exercise. It is sort of like writing a novel with scientific methods. Even in todays OO world, there is still a challenge, and a cretain satisfaction of creating something that nobody else has. It sorta feels good, where networking makes you tired and is rather cookbook.

But like anything, you definately have your moments where you are tired of it. I had months of it last year. The other thing I need to say is that no matter what programming is like now, in 20 years it will be a different animal I am sure.

That FC is looking great.

There is an autocross anbd autocross school May 19th and 20th at ACU-4 (The hovercraft landing site at Little Creek Amphib Base). The school is saturday, here is the information:

http://www.autocross.us/index.php?op...=view&extid=59

There are still a couple of spots open, so REGISTER NOW if you are interested, do not wait.....

The autocross is Sunday May 20th also at ACU-4. Registration opens Sunday (I think) and it WILL FILL UP within 24 hours or so. So if you are thinking about it plan ahead. It will be a great event. It is of course free to come watch, but you have to register to get on the access list even if you have a base sticker, you may not be able to get into the site, you have to just register for the access list (it is free, and there is no penalty if ou don't show up). For more info about the event go to these links:

thanks for the information calvin. Once my department heads stop screwing around with me, I will have my program changed to software programming.

The autocross school looks fun, but it is almost full and i dont have the money to sign up right now. im sure there will be other ones though,

Does anyone have a coolant pressure tester that could help me pressure test my FD? I had some coolant spill on the ground a few days ago and after a short drive and some idling I don't see any leaks anywhere. If i could pressure test my system I would know for sure I did/didn't have any leaks. PM me or email if you can. I am located in Northern Suffolk.

Did you check the level in the overflow tank? If it's too high it'll spill out when coolant comes in from the pressurized part of the system.

I didn't at the time. I drove the car around my neighborhood and then down a main street and hit around 6k in 2nd gear and didn't see a single drop of coolant/water. Also it seem to come from the under the middle of the front of the car with the underbody panel on.

hey guys

i got my car back from Rich doing some tune up on it.

He made an awsome custom bracket for my S5 TPS

Found some vaccumm leaks

and basically tuned my haltech e6k.

Richen up it a bit, and advance the timing, and some more minor tweaks

my car merks like it never did before.

The problem was my TPS was not working at all (installed wrong), basically telling the haltech it was at full throttle, and I had some vaccumm leaks.

I would like to thank Rich for his great work, and his friendly service.

Anyone know the owner of a CYM FD with the plates ONEBAD7? It was parked like 3 houses down from me for a bit today. Didn't get a chance to catch the owner.
