Sleek headlight kit?

I know there's not many green FD's, so i might have seen it around my area. Just wondering

 

im pretty sure it was green. honestly, it was hard to tell since it was already dark outside, but my first thought was green so ill stick with that.

99 spec tails, wing (99 spec?), nice wheels that reminded me of the super rozzas, tan interior i believe, r1 lip, exhaust. really clean looking FD.

no sleeks lights.

 

I know the FD you are talkin about.. he comes up to the local weekly meetings in Golden Ring by Walmart.. I'm not sure but his turbos need some work.. cuz he was leaving me pretty slowly when we were playing on Rt. 40 (east).. i forgot his name.. cuz i dont talk to him that often..

 

its black with blue pearl so the car looks blueish the guys name is todd he is on here but does not post often he usually meets up at home depot like coke said

Yea its black with Blue Pearl. My turbos are fine. The car runs when it wants to..Has a boost(sometimes) leak but nothing a GT40r wont fix. This is my friends name but I post under it.

The wheels are NZO Mantas 18X8 and 18X10
