Exclamation FS: LEGAL Skyline R34, in Northern VA

Hey guys

First things first. This isn't BS, a scam, a hoax, etc. You know my EXCELLENT feedback (https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=256057)...

Having said that, PLEASE keep this simple and streamlined. Plz don't post if you're not interested, as my time's tight and I wanna stick to the topic on hand. Also, please understand that I'm not about to put a bunch of pictures up of it publicly, as I don't want the car to end up on Ebay being sold w/o my knowledge lol I will, however, provide anything and everything necessary to SERIOUS buyers (read: who have cash, not dreamers or just the "just curious" type). That includes an opportunity to check out the car in person (I'm in NoVa), but that's if you're REALLY serious.

So...w/o further ado:

- She's a '98 R34
- It is tagged, titled, 100% Street legal, and smogged.
- Registration is current, emissions is current, all legal paperwork is in order
- It's RHD, coupe
- It is NOT a GTR. Its a R34 GT-T, w/ a Neo RB25DET, which is the later series (the better engine in its series) --> ie, it's RWD. For more info about the GTT: http://www.skylinegts.co.uk/R34_spec.htm
- 50K on the clock, original miles, CLEAR AND CLEAN US title.
- Silver exterior on black interior, in EXCELLENT condition
- Tiptronic
- All the regular R34 stuff
- Greddy intake
- Greddy down pipe
- Greddy exhaust
- Greddy BOV
- Manual boost controller
- Aftermarket head unit

That's pretty much all the major highlights. Below's a teaser pic. Again, if you're SERIOUS, post, PM, email, IM me, etc. I'm very reasonable in price, meaning nothing like what Motorex would cost, but at the same time, it ain't a Honda

I'm looking for a quick sale (by the end of the summer aka August), as money is tight right now. Thus, I'm prepared to provide a finder's fee for anyone who finds a buyer who purchases the car.

There a few perks that come along w/ the car, but I'll discuss those w/ serious potential buyers.

Thanks
~Ramy

Hey Ramy I gave your number to my buddy today. I told him to get in touch with you after midweek so he can have one of our friends from VA take a quick look before he drives all the way down from jersey. One question he had was whether you got it from the importers or have other people had it in the US before you?

Steve, that's completely understandable. I'm just covering all my bases because when it comes to Skylines, it's notorious for people to show sincere interest, go to great lengths to check it out, then offer some incredible low-ball price. While I'm negotiable, I DO know the value of the car - esp. since Motorex is officially kaput and CAN'T bring any Skylines into the US, period.

But yea, I'm all for his friend checking it out. Just have 'em hit me up mid-week, and we can set a date.

One question he had was whether you got it from the importers or have other people had it in the US before you?

I'm the first owner (other than the importer). We're basically filling the void left by Motorex, and the link I provided you w/ earlier has all the paperwork (Customs entry, hold, DOT/NHTSA Declaration, Customs release, EPA paperwork, registration, title, the whole 9) to show you it's legit and not a scam. I have Sean Morris from RB breathing down my back trying to get more info to figure out how we're doing it, but that's not gonna happen. But rest assured, it IS 100% legit (again, see the paperwork). So we're bringing them in ourself. BUT, I'm not here as a vendor; and this is MY private vehicle for sale

Bukwild, thanks for the kind words. Headturner is an understatement. I get either people going CRAZY which scares me, because they look at the car not the road while driving lol... or I get the DIRTIEST looks from older guys. Why? I don't know... Go figure.

Tomarrow's my board exam, so I'm down for the count right now. Maybe later this week?

BTW, I've been meaning to talk to you about that...but take a few days and recover from the trauma you've been through, and we'll talk or I'll drop by etc.

So what's the big secret about not showing one pic of ther car? Because many want to simply see the car your selling, because it is rare, they are dreamers? All I know is that there are 2 or 3 threads about this sale and still no pic of the car I can find. Not saying you aren't selling, just saying it is annoying...I dont' see what the big deal is. The cars not going anywhere until someone gives you the cash anyway whether they are a dealer or dreamer. I'm sure you'll know a true buyer when you get one.

Bob, I'm not trying to be difficult or an a$$... but it would help if people actually READ my original post in this thread. Re-read it, including the part about the "original thread" for this. There's a pic in there.

As for sharing multiple pics w/ people who aren't serious, ever hear of Ebay? These cars are prime targets for idiots and scam artists to try and sell up on Ebay, Autotrader, etc. I know personal friends who have had their cars auctioned off on Ebay multiple times. That's the reason I'm not putting multiple pics up.

The funny part is, 9 outta 10 serious buyers don't post. They PM, asking for pics and documentation, and an appointment to come check it out. No BS, no wasting time, no "does it have cruise control" lol...just business.

If the buyer doesn't mind having pics up, I'll post pics all over the place AFTER it's sold. But for now, I wanna make sure I secure the sale for me and ONLY me

Thanks
~Ramy

I checked that original post thread. There was a link in the original post showing a webpage on what the cars specs were. Your second post was saying you forgot to post the pic. I didn't see a link or attached file of your car anywhere

The pic's def. posted...it works for me. I dunno why it doesn't show up for you. I know that Villagephotos does go down for maintenance from time to time, but 99% of the time they're up and running.

Jon, if you pass my house on the way back from work, gimme a head's up and you can roll by and check it out.

Jon, that wasn't an empty invitation. Really, feel free to drop by man. I'll be home pretty much every day for the next month or so, but I don't think I'll have her for that much longer

Hey guys...

Unfortunately, without getting into too many details, my dad is sick, and requires immediate surgery. He's scheduled for surgery next week, and given the consideral post-op healthcare costs and extended leave from work without pay (weeks), I really need the cash. Hence, I'm significantly dropping my asking price in hopes of moving the sale along. Asking $52,000, OBO.

Needless to say, I'm in no position to take trades...I need the cash. And there goes my RX-7 project for a while...

Thanks
