Fender roller in nj/ny area?

Just wanted to see if anyone has an actual fender roller in the nj/ny area. I would even be willing to give up some cash to borrow it for an afternoon.

I know its not exactly what you want but I know someone who knows of a shop who does this. They are supposed to be cheap and they do a good job.
