Excellent Bodyshop, Paint, Bodywork in Long Island New York

Guys,

My car was recently hit and is getting fixed in a few weeks. The bodyshop that is doing the work is called Maximum Autobody. The owner who also paints the cars owns a bad *** FD with a beautiful paintjob. From what I see they do excellent work.

Roan (speednyc) recommended him to me so I thought I would pass his info along to anyone that needs a paintjob or any bodywork. He's a really cool guy that will take care of you. He helped me get the maximum money back from the insurance company before I decided to let him paint the car. I'll take a few pics of his car the next time I go to the shop and post them on here.

Here's the info.

814 S 1st St
Ronkonkoma, NY 11779
(631) 588-0619
Ask for Billy.

Thanks,

Anthony

Nice to hear good body shops on LI painting FD's properly. Had my entire car painted OEM Chaste White, as the original 95 color, at Norman Collision in Great Neck.
You want to talk good spray jobs then there the place.
Have to warn you that there not cheap.
Just thought I'd throw another quality paint shop out there so talk the comments for what there worth.
Dave

Speed_NYC.
Thats mybaby. Original owner since 96 of my 95.
hah thats funny that your a insurance adjuster. My car was off the road for about 3 years. When I had a new engine installed and various other upgrades I forgot to reinstate the collision aspect on my insurance (had called and left the agent 3 messages but never got a call back, still shouldn't have been drivining w/o it reinstated). Lesson Learned
Make a long story short the floor mat got stuck on the gas pedal coming over the New Hyde park exit off the NS going back into G-Neck. If you know the spot thats a over the LIE and turns to a one way. I was moving in traffic and then had to try and take (with the mat jammed)the turn to the one way at about 70 (boost just hit). Longer story even shorter thats what the car looked like after a whole ton of work. (1st accident in 12 yr. history with the car)
No coverage.
So the bill was and is huge but thank g-d Timmy is a good friend and has done plenty of work for my family in the last 20 or so yrs. He's a good man. Just can't seem to let go of her. Its the only one left from 95 chaste white PEP/Auto and oringal owner. So its pretty special to me at least.
She'll be mine again soon.
Here are some of the pics (before and after my stupidity)which I have posted in another thread some time ago.

Probably me but the car was always mine and was just registered in my fathers name.
Hey, no ill will cause the past is the past but---
If thats you(smokin Joe)then the motor you put in my car seized due to many missing parts (still have the pics that were taken directly after) and there was a more serious isuue. Also realized that it took 8 mnths for the engine job.
Had Trailed my car to KDR in penn. we found the reason behind the locked engine. There was a small nut lodged btw the rotor and the housing preventing the rotor and essentially the engine from spinning. There was also a ton of debris which was undefinable within.
The nut put a nice impression on the rotor and the housing and I had to go with brand new ones.
Had lots of quality work done at KDR (complete rebuild w/coolant porting). I myself upgraded basically everything from exhaust->fuel system->intake->interior->exterior.
Running real real nice (only 52K)until that crapciddent and even more special is (out of the 2 produce in 95 auto) the only chaste white PEP auto (original owner) left.
So long story short I guess we have meet before but I am loads more knowledgeable about mybaby and will spare the expenses to keep it.
Also not looking for any response to my comments but just wanted to clue you in on what happened and whats happening now.
So take it easy and be safe.

Nice, Chaste white like mine.
This was only the 1st time it had been painted. Still had the original that you saw years ago till my recent bad fortune. Guess you got a pretty good look at what it would look like then.
Its very crispy and clean they do amazing work as I am sure you know.
