I need to regester my car here from NC. I know MD is much more strickt than where I had my car inpected in NC. I looking for a "garuntee" I guess. And then comes the emissions that I will need "help" with too. Does anyone "know" anyone that can "help" me out?

 

You'd probably have better luck trying to register as a street rod. Or buy a running 1st gen, get it registered/running/inspected, and swap tags/vin. It would be your only other option from finding a hookup.

 

I know a guy that might be able to help you out. He doesn't care about performance mods, or lack of power steering, or that kind of thing, but if the car or something on it is not safe he will not let that go. He is in Baltimore city so its not that car from you. I will dig up his number and address for you if you want.
