John has told me numerous times that 'the check is in the mail.' This whole thing dates back to around June. I think I have been more than patient.

Its apparent that Rich realized he didn't do all that was originally planed or else he wouldn't have dropped the "AGREED" upon price by half. And to split the difference would be pretty stand up, even if you have a beef with how much he did. Regardless, the guy spent alot of his time and money helping you. YOU OWE HIM THAT MUCH.
I will get in touch soon, I am thinking of contacting your uncle if there is no other way to resolve this.

Ernie: First off, there's two sides to every story, and you (maybe) know one of them. I just don't feel like this is the place to fill you in nor air out baggage. Same thing where you didn't air out your "stuff" with Dee.
Dave: Classy as always
Rich: I'm not gonna continue to bitch post back and forth with you in this pissing match of a thread. It's bad enough everyone else has to throw in their two cents here and honestly it's taking every last ounce of restraint for me not to write a book of a thread voicing my issues / grievences and subsequent proof on a bunch of things.
How about you give me back my internals, I'll sell them and then pay you? Or just sell my internals for me, you got some good irons, housings and rotors. That should easily recoup any money you think you're due.

**** all you ***********. I fixed all that half *** mess that was left by Rich or goodfellas or what ever gay *** name you have. I have set back and watch you tools stroke each other long enough. There are only a handfull that know how this car was left and well the rest of you can just assume ****. Shocking groups of **** will back each other up and so on. Now down to brass tacks.
The build up of the engine was down right **** poor. The NON-SEQ vacuum hoes job was a god damn joke. Rich or gayfellas YOU have no idea what you are doing.......
So much little **** was left loose or undone it was funny. I would never pay you in a millon ******* years. Your workman ship is half *** at best. You need to stop running your mouth because you have no clue on what you are doing.
Who installs a motor in a car without a down pipe or even bother to tighten the turbo bolts and then use some soft copper nuts to hold it all on. sounds like some backyard mechanics to me. Try OEM **** it works...
This car leaked oil everywhere because genius left the oil line spring clip unclipped and all the banjo bolts were hand tight so I got a shoe full of oil. So Rich you owe me for a new pair of shoes.
The clutch Cover bolts were hand tight and burnt the clutch with in 500 miles of use.
Basically you just set the god dam motor in and that was about it. And even then I should have pulled it back out and re-do the whole job it would have been quicker.
Anyhow I got more booze to drink and really could give a **** less about this place and as long as it got fixed that is all that matters.

It's real easy to talk **** when you werent in the garage the previous 3 weekends fighting with his FD to pull that motor out. what an absolute pain in the ***, his FD was by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Every bolt was seized in place, every connector was a bitch to get off, etc etc. And I was working in his cramped garage without power tools to try and get it done.
"Basically you just set the god dam motor in and that was about it."
Wrongo. Set down your beer and read this: i spent many hours of my time pulling your [john's] engine, tearing it down to the block, opening the block, inspecting the internals, making recommendations, building back up the reman, and getting the motor back in the car.
John, all three irons are very used, one rotor housing is very used, one has an apex seal gouge and is worthless, and one rotor has an apex seal gouge. So I am left with one decent rotor.
Someone on the forum that knows your whole crew told me "Rich, all those guys care about is money. Good luck dealing with him." John, basically I see you as greedy and with no morals whatsoever. If I do not receive a check from you by January 15th I am pursuing legal action. End of story.

Alright I will stop acting 11teen!
Dude, honestly you have to be kidding yourself. WTF do you think you are going to get from the legal side. You have no binding contract of any sorts and you have no bill of sale or anything. God damn I will pay for you to get an attorney visit just to see them laugh in your face.
Also you had no reason to tear the block down. It was a waste of time. He had a reman coming so why even waste your energy on something that means NOTHING. When you have a break as bad as his you can look through the ports and get an idea of what is going on.... So you wasted your energy.......
BOTTOM LINE
Chalk this up as a learning lesson and stop throwing shoes at girls cause that does not help you get laid

Alrighty, this turned into trying to contact someone, to a carnival act. I agree this doesn't belong here. And as for Dee and I, we are fine. And to some others, I suppose some will just never grow up.
