Exclamation CT Bugeye B-13Hey

Hey all, I'm jamming a B-13 in a 59 Austin Healey Bugeye and was wondering if there are any perfomance shops or B-13 wizards the can help me with getting the electronics figured out. I only need to get the motor to run for now and since it's in a 1959 all the emission stuff is exempt. Anyways thanks in advance for any in sight or direction. Dave

is a b-13 a small honda engine???? or do you mean 13b lol of coarse you do butas long as you have the wiring harness and ecu you shouldnt have a problem, just need to wire the fule pump, coils, etc. you could always go with an aftermarket ecu. were in ct are you located???

Yeah Zach I been getting the B-13 beat out of me about that! Also I have only a 1/2 of a wiring harness (the guy who took motor out was cut happy) and no ECU so I figured a carb would be easier. What do yuo think? I'm located in Danielson. Just down the road from you.

the easyest way would to get a harness try the junkyard in mass right across the street from linders i believe its sams pick and pull i wana say 395 exit 6a and go past the enterance to 146 and its the first road on the right by the car dealer? but dont quote me on that last time i went up there they had 5 fc's i dont know what they have for harnesses, thad probly be the cheapest but if you are good with electrical check out microtech, haltech, motech its like 1000 you just have to rewire stuff lol.

personaly id get a stock harness with the emissions removed block off the emissions on the engine, then you can get a stock ecu and get a stock guage cluster and fiberglass it into the dash then you dont have to worry about guages or a wiring mess

Thanks for the info Zach, I decided to go with a side draft carb mostly for clearance issues. But I will need the distib, coils and other various electronics so I try that junkyard thanks.
