Construction recommendations?

I'm kinda sick of having to work on cars outside in the heat or rain or whatever... Additionally, I can't have unregistered vehicles outside in plain view.

I need a garage.

I think the cheapest solution would be a detached steel frame building.

Anyone have any recommended contractors in the NoVa area for any of the following areas?

1.) Fill dirt to level out my area
2.) Concrete foundation and driveway
3.) The steelwork itself

The building will probably be about 12x20 at the smallest and 20x30 at the largest. 12 ft ceiling.
