I was actually about to make this same exact thread. Where does everyone want to meet up at?

 

Saturday or Sunday??? I don't think i can make it both days...

 

Saturday....and I'm don depending on where were goinnto meet at

 

Satuday is the big day guys. Check the thread in the 3rd gen section I started.....sunday is really just a brunch and hanging out, that's it.

We have two members who want to go but don't have wheels this year due to their FDs either being apart for single upgrade or in the body shop.

If anyone can help out Davin (from the philly area) or Supernaut (from the weehawken/nyc are) please shoot them a PM. I am going super early saturday to help set up so can't offer any rides unfortunately.

I'm leaving from the Stamford, CT area saturday morning. If anyone is somewhat along that route i can give a ride. The cage in my FD sucks though, there is no bend in the bar behind the passenger seat so it doesn't go back very far. So I hope you are short haha.

 

i might have an extra seat in my FD. my gf refuses to go to a "car meet".

 

i will be heading down from Massachusetts (84-91-15-87-297-78.) i picked a route that will completely bypass New York City.

i hear you, theorie. my girlfriend went to KDR with me when i got it tuned earlier this year and we talked to Gordon about the event and she laughed and said "we'll see," which pretty much meant "no thank you." i've gotta give it to her though, we left at 4 a.m. that night and didn't get to KDR til 8.30 a.m. we didn't get home until 9.00 that night. she really didn't complain at all. i haven't brought up the event since then.

Chudsoncoupe- my route is near stamford, you want to meet up saturday morning and shoot down the route i have planned? maybe meet off an exit on the Cross Westchester Expy? i am planning on leaving Massachusetts around 4.30. pm me and let me know.

 

my wife will give me hell anyway so i am pretty much going by my self.

if other women go they can keep each other company, otherwise they just end up getting bored.

My GF will be there saturday, as will Ihor's.

For those that are on the fence for Saturday, I'd recommend you pull whatever strings necessary to go that day

 

My wife is going,although it's probably the third or fourth time she's been in the car in 3 years,she understands it's a "sacrifice" she has to make.

Just wanted to say, thanks guys for PMing me about rides! Its much appreciated.

 

I liked bringing my wife with me, we enjoy the ride ( as long as we dont hit traffic--- then LOOK out she aint happy )

but honestly the last few times I have been to meets without her I enjoyed myself more and I really think she enjoyed NOT going.

Gordon's is a nice meet, would love to make it there.

 

Unfortunately,no sir.She's riding with me because the kids are still on vacation.I thought about Davin also but she either drove with me or stayed home.Sorry.

 

im driving down in my daily, a 4 door maxima, its not as fun as riding in a FD but i'm willing to pick up 1 or 2 ppl from the NYC or Philly area (as long as its not too far out of the way) only catch is that i need to leave gordons at like 5pm to get back to NY for a party.
