me and the President of the old school toyota car club had a long talk today( the talk was about crashing the car show on the 19) he does not want this to get out of hand. fe(President) is a good guy we had a good talk. i need to now how many heads want to represent.. and want to go to the show. he is going to have a mazda categore. and post pic of the winers on his home page. this is the show.i want to now what you guys think.

what's up guys, my name fe racing president of ostc we are hosting our 5th annual classic import car show August 19, 2007 @ seaside park bridgeport, ct. from 10am-7pm.

come join the old school communtiy in this exciting event. what started as a small old school car show back in the summer of 2003 as become the biggest old school import show in connecticut.

with this come changes to improve our show this year we've added many more categories and give aways etc.

we will have a category for old school toyotas and a category for old school other, if by chance we get 8 of the same make old school we'll have a category for that make with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophy. for example, if more than 8 old school mazdas pre 87 show up to the show we will have a category for competition and same for other makes.

I'm not sure if I can make it as I think thats the week I'm taking vacation. The closer to Auguast the more I will know. MADDSLOW, I will do a sound off competition with you, but I only have a modest system!

 

ha, i just have the stock Bose system in my FD, I was saying that bc everytime I see a "sound off competition", I see like 5 Kias with 8 subs in their cars, I'm like wtf?!

 

I'll bring the 79 but know I'm not gonna win anything also I need the gas tank in so I can put more than half a tank in the car without worry of blowing up.

Well if A-Rods rollin in from Mid-state NY I guess I should go seeing as how it's ~ an hour away I'd be leary about rice and lowriders though. They don't call call Bridgeport "Da po" fo nutin foo

There will be a sound of competition Award

Best rim combo on car Award.
Lowest car of the day award
Oldest old school other Award
Cleanest old school of the day Award, The car has to be spotless no dirt or dust, grease etc.

Best displayed old school Award.
Best old school female rid of the day Award.
Peoples choice award , You must place your vote for you favorite ride of the day, the votes will be counted and the winner will receive Award.

Judges favorite Award.
Oldest Toyota of day award.
First car at show registered for competition will receive a special award.
Longest distance traveled award.

There will be raffle drawings every hour of the show.
Also 50/50 raffles, drawing at the end of the show.
Trivia questions with lots of prices for winners.
And a bunch of give aways..

We still have lots of things to ad to the show this is just a wormup of whats going to be a very exiting day for all thanks for the support.

The fee is $25 Parking together I dont see a problem with that, if you come in as a club you will be parked together as a club..
