The Beast is FINALLY ALIVE!! (and kicken ashpalt!) w/ pic's

I went up and picked my 7 up. Ray did a kick *** job all the way around. Drivability is great and when it reaches full boost, its crazy. A bit laggy, but worth the wait. Ray did a very nice and neat wiring job too. Very clean. I'll take pic's tomarrow. The bracket he made for my coils is pretty trick too. Not only did he fix all my screw ups and tune it, but he gave me one hell of a deal. I HIGHLY recommend PFSupercars to anyone with a FD that wants it done right the first time and can tune his *** off as well.
Here is the dyno sheet at 14psi on stock ports. It may seem a bit low, but remember this is a huge turbo thats not even breathing yet. Wait till Ray kicks it up to 30psi!

Thumbs up

Great to know that thing is finally running. Too bad all the **** you experienced with this FD and the other FD you had. At least you still have an FD that is running properly. Now my *** has to get to Ray's shop for tuning, I'll give him a call tomorrow.

I didn't see the need in spending more money for tuning on race gas when I still need to buy a rear. So as soon as I put a Kazz in it, I'll take it back up for some 30psi runs!

I did, lol.....but I always want more power and the GT42R is supposed to be the latest technology and makes kick *** power with out alot of lag. Full boost supposedly by 4200rpms and makes 500rwhp at 15psi on pump!! So if it makes that much on pump or even close, imagine what it will do on 30lbs of boost....

What do you mean? You know anything about the GT42R? I supposed before I switch turbo's I should tune for race gas and see what the T88H does.

Somebody else told me it wouldn't work on a street car because he couldn't tune it. Hind site, I probably would have been fine with it and made more power with Ray tuning it, but oh well.

That looks like the drag bracket I had on my 7 when it had a tec3 for a while. Good place for coils when there is no p/s or a/c. Sweet

Update!
Joe came over today and we put my 14.7lb spring in and took the 10lb spring out. HOLY ****, it made a huge difference in spool! It reaches full boost 700rpms quicker and feels like a totally different car. We took it out for a spin and I was breakin loose in 3rd gear. It was crazy!
