RI Anyone seen my old red 1988 s4 na in RI driving around ?

I sold a red 1988 s4 streeported na about a year ago, it had a streetported motor and full exhaust as well as intake and some 91 na rims on it when i sold it.

It had an issue with the coolant burning (more than likely coolant seals/side iron), was wondering if anyones seen it or knows of it. I sold it for $300 , feel like i got raped considering it had a full exhaust, intake, upgraded flywheel + clutch and i threw some turbo parts with it (ecu/harness and a few intakes/intercooler)

I just hope the person made good use of it, im trying to get back in the rotary game myself.

Haven't seen the FC, but I will keep you posted if I do.

They got a really good deal. I hope they appreciate it, but I will be sure to let them know that if I ever meet them.

Yeah the dude told me he sold it to someone else for 600 after he fixed the coolant issue, but i highly doubt he "fixed" it , more like bandaided the problem, because you can't fix blown coolant seals unless you tear apart the motor and replace the seals and anything that may have been cracked and causing compression loss.

My landlord was a douche wouldn't let me work on it in the driveway. He was a royal *******.

i really had no money to put it in storage. Put it this way, landlord parked his car, his gfs car, and his work truck in the driveway. Yet wouldn't let paying tenants park their car there.

He let me park mine after it got impounded for not being registered, parking across the street in a parking lot. When i got it back, somehow my coolant seals write blown to the point the car started up sputtering, pouring white smoke out the exhaust. 175$ to get it back. My bros gf car got the driver side window smashed as well when sitting in the parking lit where i parked.

Can u see why i said my landlord was an *******¿ Also gave none of or money back when we moved out for 850$ security deposit.

S4 turbo, work in progress (getting near done). I hear ya on the S5. They do have better chrome on the housings though. You could always do a front cover and accessories swap. E-omp is a turn off for me too. I even bought new ss lines from karack, but decided to just pre-mix alone. I'll toss the lines on my girlfriends t2 t2 some time.

ps your landlord sucked. You in the country now where parking is everywhere and anywhere?

Im in the country on the west side of Virginia.

Im trying to move to Tennessee in the future, which is about an hour away. They have no car inspection at all.

Thats cool that your gf has a turbo Rx7, i wish i could get my girl into cars but it really isn't her thing.

I still got an s4 turbo block in my trunk from the junkyard. Plan is to rebuild it one day and put it in a project car.

Around here in the country no one really cares what you have in your yard; i wish i could find a fc sitting in someones yard collecting dust. I bet id get a deal, no one here likes imports though, its the south.

Ford; chevy, and dodge are pretty much all you see. Ive only seen two fcs since moving here. Both were na

How's your car doing by the way? My brother that lives up there just got a Subaru impreza. Rx7s are very rare to see driving, I want another so bad-- even if were only name ; eventually I'd make it a turbo.

Minus the rot, that s4 on craigslist is pretty nice looking. Sounds like it has issues though. @bmwrx7man I'd like to get a ride in your rx7 some time and feel what this bnr is like. No homo. I have a knightsports hybrid. No idea what to expect. Only 7 I've been in has been my girlfriends on low boost to break it in.

Did you rebuild it or did someone else?

I've met him before, I bought a gold 87 base model off him running on 1 rotor like 10 years ago for $325, he seemed like a cool guy.
