All I'm saying is when storms last almost a week and the snows not going anywhere, I can't call out of work 'cause I can't make it in.

By all means, if you've made it work more power to you.

Trust me, if I found a way to drive an RX-7 year round, I would.

I remember you and the car; loved the FEED set up and the color. The cars been good; not much new. Started her up this past weekend. Getting me biting at the bit to finish up some things here and there to get her out as soon as possible. How about yourself?

Hope to see you and everyone else soon.

In another couple weeks I will be taking the 7 out of storage and driving her home to get a preseason tune-up. Then go get a MA state inspection, I hope the 7 passes as my new highflow cat seemed to make her louder lol.

I have the stupidest thing holding me up...
I have a new master cylinder that I got a good deal on. Unfortunately, it was for an ABS model, and I don't have that. So it has a hole for the ABS pressure sensor underneath. I can't find any bolt anywhere that threads into this spot. All I need is to plug this damn thing, and I can drive my car! **** my life...

Good to see everyone coming out of the woodworks. I took the FD out this Sunday, gave her a bath and took her for a ride. Damn did I miss it!

I still have some things here and there before she will be good to go for the season, but I am definitely chomping at the bit to get them squared away.

Not to hi-jack the thread but there has been a Massachusetts Meet May 8th in the Millbury area set up.

We should get more planned and executed this season. It's crazy how little I see any New England RX-7 owners every season. I know we all exist, just never see eachother. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spots?

Anyone interested in a Kancamagus Rotary Run this year? If so, I would not mind getting it up and running. Let me know if there's any interest and I'll get going on requirements gathering.

I've had mine out since early March but had to put the OEM wheels back on because I cracked one of my Forgelines on the crappy roads in New England. Lots & lots of potholes and buckles all over the place this year because of the bad winter

Indeed. The roads in and around Providence are fucked.

I do not want to see that repair bill. Sorry to hear that. Three piece, correct? Can you possibly just replace the barrel or is it all scrapped?

It's horrible that potholes that can swallow cars no longer surprise me. Apparently there's no money in fixing it right the first time, so the same pot holes are destroying cars, getting 'fixed', then back to destroying cars within a month.

You have the VR and attend autocrosses with NER at Devens, correct?

2rotors- i will start an interest gathering thread for the 2011 Kancamagus Rotary Run and go from there. Even if not many people are interested, the White Mountains alone are worth the trip. Hurricane Mountain Road and the Kancamagus Highway are just side perks. I will toss my garage in for a place for people to crash as the White Mountains are quite the trek for me.

pls91fc- can you make it to Millbury on the 8th? We might not be able to meet at the Blackstone Shopping Plaza, but we could eat there. They recently changed their insurance and due to a lot of stupid acts by other crews, they no longer welcome car gatherings.

Chatchie- are you in Providence? I'm currently living on the east side and see some FCs and FBs every once in a while.

2 piece 17" LE mesh. I sent them out to The Wheel Connection in Oklahoma City to either have the barrel replaced or have it welded. They ended up welding the crack in the original barrel, grinding it down, cleaning & polishing the entire wheel, mounting the tire & checking under pressure, high speed balancing and shipping for $125. I'm still on the OEM wheels and haven't put the Forgelines on yet.
