Arrow Any1 near Hartford, CT? VERY IMPORTANT

I bought my FD last week from a guy in Hartford, CT (Chris/Michael Dionne). First off, he really ripped me off & lied about a whole shitload of stuff concerning the car. As if that wasn't enough, he let the car get impounded, & blamed it on me (car was scheduled to be picked up on the weekend (which he okay'ed) & was towed the Thursday prior). As if that wasn't enough, he mailed me the title... & I find out the car was never titled in his name... because he didn't want to pay taxes & was just driving the car illegally. I explain all this to the DMV & they can't title the car in my name... unless the title is in the seller's name. So I contact the seller & he basically says "F you" & "if you send me the title... I'm just going to send it right back." Through some relatives, I found a local (I'm in Northern Indiana) lawyer to write a letter & possibly call this guy to explain how illegal (and criminal; the lawyer found the Conneticut statute which states it is criminal) what he is doing is. The guy has just been a real ***** about everything, so I doubt the only way I'm getting a good title is by going to court. I sent the seller an eMail letting him know that this has been turned over to a lawyer, along with my lawyer's contact information. He replied with a 'oh yeah? I contacted my lawyer too... so there' eMail. So I asked him for his lawyer's cotnact information & have yet to hear back from him (I assumed he was lying about talking to a lawyer).

Does anybody know of any good lawyer around Hartford, CT that might take my case? Maybe someone is related to a lawyer & would help me out. This is an easy case to win... because the seller is obviously in the wrong... but it looks like I may have to go through the legal system... I just most all of what I had on this car... & I can't drive it.

Hopefully someone out there will know of a decent lawyer that could help a guy out for cheap... I don't know what I'll do if I have to pay full price for a lawyer... because I'm pretty sure I can't afford that right now... don't know what I'll do... maybe I'll try small claims court... this guy is obviously in the wrong... I wouldn't need a lawyer to prove that...

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. & if anybody lives around Hartford & wants to give this guy any 'presents'... I have his home address! (I am kidding, don't want this to come up in court & bite me in the ***)
