Any NOVA (NVCC) Students here?
Just curious. Here @ the Alexandria Campus and notice someone has used the site. Also noticed one driving to the Loudoun Campus.

If you pass by the Annandale parking lot after 2pm M-W you'll see a nice all stock 94 BB Touring!! It's in one of the back lots, away from everybody else and usually underneath a tree!! Peace...

I'm usually at Annandale on Tues and Thurs (Tues 10-12... Thurs 10-3) and at Alexandria on Tues 5-8... Black Mazda pickup truck tagged SL0 R1D3... If there's a message left below your windshield wipers saying "The RX-7 club knows about you!" or something... That mighta been me.
Phantom, did you park next to an S5 blue Vert with a banged up driver's front fender the other week? I think I saw you... Nah.. That was a Thursday...

LOL..I think I've seen that S5 Vert, but very briefly. I was at Annandale a couple semesters back, before I bought my 7, and I remember seeing quite a bit of FD's there. I remember a stock MB FD, a Yellow FD, didn't look like a genuine CYM, but I could be wrong, and a couple other FD's. Do any of ya'll know any of them? It'd be pretty cool to get together and hang out sometime. ****, before noon it's a damn car show at that lot anyway! Peace...

Hey guys,
Thanks for the note under my wiper today Pele! haha, i started to drive away before i even noticed it was there. I drive a MB 94 (not stock) at the annandale campus. The stock MB that i saw last semester at annandale was driven by an asian kid who would have nothing to do with me. I tried to talk to him one day when i parked next to him but he just ignored me. The blue vert with the banged up drivers side is driven by a kid named wes. He hit a guard rail driving stupidly like always. Who has the fastest Nova (Nvcc) Rx7? It would be fun to get together sometime. I'm at the annandale campus on tues 9:30-11 Wed 10-12 Thur 9:30-12. I always try to park in the back so i don't get anymore door dings. I've gotten 2 in the last year and seen too many people hit parked cars and keep driving.

Wish I was there earlier T-TR's, I'd definately like to check your ride out Brent and talk a little. I saw a VR FD this week at Annandale, white guy with a cap on, anybody know him? Had either an Apex'i N1 or a HKS Carbon Ti or a Greddy Ti, didn't get a good look at it. Anyways as far as the fastest FD in NVCC, I'll just sit back and watch you guys go at. My FD is runnin' like a slug, but it's going to Ray at PFS in November to get it running like normal. But even after that I think you guys will wipe the floor with me. All my FD runs is RB Duals, Apex'i dual filter intakes, ACT street clutch, ACT ProLite flywheel, Koyo Rad, and a heavy right foot!! Peace...

I see the VR FD a lot when i'm leaving school and he always speeds away. My girlfriend knows who he is. He went to lakebraddock highschool, right down the road from annandale campus. His car isn't very loud at all, when he rips it, there just isn't much noise which is a good thing in our area because of the cops. But it makes me think he doesn't have too much work done if he just has a catback or something. Good to see your taking your car to Ray, he's a great guy, he's done pretty much all of the work on my car. What's wrong with your car phantom? why's it running like a slug?

Well my boost pattern is like 8-5-3, but if I'm cruisin' in 4th gear and I punch it I can get 10psi before my secondary kicks in. I checked all the couplers and pipes for leaks, and replaced my main cat since my original one took a dump. Yet I still have a feeling it might be the used main cat that I bought. As far as the diagnosing of the vacuum hoses or the solenoids me and my mechanic don't have time since work keeps up busy. Plus I went to PFS like a month ago to just visit the place and met Ray, he's a real cool guy. So I figured I'll just be easy with car and take it to the experts, and my mech agrees!!

do you have a boost gauge?? if so whats your vacume reading at idle?? if you don't have one you should really look into getting one so it will be easier to diagnoe problems when they come up. Yeah, Ray is deffinitly a cool guy. He's actually easy to talk to unlike most of the other mech's i've delt with in the past. Did you ask Ray what the problem might be?

Yea I have a boost gauge, Apex'i mechanical black faced, vacuum sits at like 15, which I know isn't very good. But my idle has been off, and the car stalls out here and there. We adjusted it and it's been getting better but still stalls. Yet the idle is more stable now. When it goes to Ray I am going to ask for a compression test, I hope to god the motor isn't on it's way out. The car starts fine though it fires right up, but it takes a few tries. Either clutch switch or starter relay, otherwise the motor itself starts fine. When I took it to Ray he drove it and said it feels like it's not running full 10psi, this was before the gauge, and he told me to check some stuff out. Check for the pills, and replace the old cat. Pills are there, cat has been replaced. Praying the motor is fine!! LOL
