Alignment shop imposible to find (WTF)

hello all,

I just had some suspension work done on my Miata and I cant find any good places neer me(Fairfax, Va) to get a good alignment. I searched for an hour but all I could find was the local Mazda dealer, and those crooks arent getting a dime from me. So does anyone know of any good places?

How abotu Discount Tire? Since they sell tires I would assume they do rotatinig, balancing, and alignments also. I woudl also say Les Schwab Tiires too, but I think they are only on the West Coast. I would also try any Import/Tuning shops.

Well due to all my suspension parts needing to be changed(lower controle arm, toe link, tie rod, shock) I'm not sure one of those places can handle it. The alignment is really bad.

Merchant's Tire should do it. (So should NTB... All under the Tire Kingdom banner.)

Worst comes to worst, you can take it to RP Performance (RX7 and Miata tuning shop) down in Manassas.

NTB will check the alignment for free and then the lifetime alignment is something like $90. Get it checked out for free that way you know if they can do it.

Do you have any mustang friends? Ask them where they get theirs done. Lowered mustangs almost always have aftermarket caster/camber plates and they need some tweaking to get right.

Oh and who's that in your avatar?

A friend of mine goes to NTB to get the "track alignment" on his Miata. They'll do it.

I ran by there when I was out picking up a police report in Manassas. There are no more RX-7s or Miatas and there is no sign.

Also Bryan (1point3) used to work there and confrimed this the last time we spoke.

Website has not been updated. They are only out in WV now.
However, they do have a truck if you wanted to make arrangements. Also, I think they are the miata gurus in the area, not that it will make a huge difference since it's just supspension work.

If you want a good custom alignment and are willing to pay for it:

Also, these guys in Manassas seem to know their stuff:
