Flyers updated with new logo and Mazda blue color
When I made the original logo, I was just going with my instinct and being creative and hey I thought it was cool, but I did not take into consideration how people would react to the pistons. Even though this is an all rotary club. When we represent out in the public. We do not want to create a negative image for our club. The logo is the first thing people see and unfortuneatly people judge quickly without getting to know us. So the decision was made by the crew to change the pistons to the killer bees. Hopefully there wont be any bee activist at our meets or people who are offended that bees can kill, they can if your allergic.
This move represents how are club works. We are flexible and we try to think things thru for the benefit of our club and others who are not in our club. We are here to bring old school rotaries together, have a good time, make connections, and not to disrespect other clubs who have a different point of view.
It took alot of work on my part to recreate all the signatures and update the flyers. Hopefully people will appreciate this change.
Thanks for reading and to those who celebrate Easter have a good one.
