It declined in quality, though. The 12a is the most reliable (and slowest) of the rotary line since 1979, and every time they've made a new engine, it's gotten faster and more unreliable. Sad!

Hopefully they will make something that's a bit more reliable and faster, too.

I heard they were going to rotary-power the Miata. Eew.

rotary powered miata? no way. not a chance. but the new miatas looks damn sexy, id get one over a craptastic soltice anyday. sure its a little more expensive, but its faster, more nimble, and no GM crapo quailty.

Well the miata's engine bay can fit a 13b... Someone on this forum did it.. i cant remember where i saw it.. but it can be done.. i was thinking of doing it as well.. since you dont really gotta change much.. i wonder how a FC would feel with a miata engine.. ??? *ponders*

Iv never looked into what was done for the swap but Iv seen a good number of rotary powered miatas.
